I'll let you know how I make out.

Snakeoiler - what kind of wire terminals are you referring to? I tried the kind you are supposed to push in with the fuse but the connectors in the fuse block are very tight and I did not want to deform them out of shape so I gave up on them. I also thought my wire harness was too tight to manouver the fuse block to get at the back of it. How did you do it?

Thanks guys.

I looked in that area and decided I wanted to keep everything clean around there, however, if there are truly some open, untapped circuits there, I would use those first as well. I did find a constant power on an unused wiring clip I re-routed for later use

Go in from the front, not the back: https://ls1tech.com/forums/showpost....99&postcount=3

Those blades are metri-pak 280 series, so just pick up some 280 series female terminals. I don't have a 4x4 so I imagine I have more open cavities than most. In the left of the picture, I have two red wires going to 12+ constant power as well (next to the 2 orange 12+ constant power connector).

Thanks alot Snakeoiler for the information and the pic.

I looked in that area but did not test for any circuits. I did not know you could get terminals to fit the male taps and was worried about unfused circuits. I guess all those taps must be fused somewhere? I used a chassis stud near the fuse panel for a gound. Those connections you have look really good. Nice and clean and professional looking. I like it, thanks again.

Thanks, ZDEN, Grippy and Jerry

I tapped mine in to the fuse box on the drivers side compartment of the engine bay... just put it under a 10amp fuse... Youll be alright
