A 75-125hp shot on a stock motor is fine. I'd install an inline pusher fuel pump to be on the safe side to keep flow and pressure up.

I haven't looked for one but... I'd assume Walbro has a 255lph one. It should be less than $120.

I dont mean to get off your subject, but my friend was wondering if he could fun a 50-75 shot on his 5.3 that already has a vortech SC. or will that damage the engine?

yes you can do it, it will really cool down the air intake and add some hp. But to much and everything will go POP.

On the blower issue, I'd probably spray from the hole to ~4000rpm when the boost comes on. Probably like a 75-100hp shot. I think 00Silverado was going to do this.

Basically it will fill the dead spot in the supercharger where there is little to no boost as it's RPM dependant.

Is the Vortech a hot air one or is it intercooled?

Its intercooled, An isnt there a special Nitrous kit he needs to buy for a SC setup? Or can he still run a regular kit?

I don't see why a reg. nitrous kit will not work fine...
