Default No power to power seats, what is needed??

What do I need to do to add a set of power seats into a truck that doesn't have them? Is the plug revisions there or is it a bit of work.. Truck is a 99-02 silvy.. Thanks

Are the seats heated? And do you have a fax # that I can send you a schematic?

Really simple then. Just a 25a circuit breaker, power and ground to the switch.

That's exactly how I had mine in my old 02 truck. My amp was mounted on the back wall behind my driver seat so I tapped into the 12v constant and ground and put a 30amp fuse inline. Same concept for the passenger side because I had my 4channel amp on that side. Drove it like that for 4yrs with no problems. Still working when i got rid of the truck.

what about the other wires on the connector? i have an 05 set of power seats and there are 2 yellow and one light green wires that are also with the orange power and black ground. they seem to go to some switch or monitor under the seat... im assuming they dont need any attention, that they are just BCM bullshit wires?

From what I can tell, you just need power and ground for the seat adjusters & lumbar to work. But if you want the heated seats to work, you'll need the memory seat module that goes under the driver's seat, and both door modules. I have no idea if there's a way around that.

If you want schematics, let me know.

Bringing this back up. AK where are the door modules located?? In the door or kick panels?? I have all the factory wiring and module under the seat. All I need is the modules for the heated and memory I believe.
