Default New project for me ..

I picked up a new project about a week and a half ago. It's going to be a LOOOOTT of work, but I think it will pay off big time in the end.

Here are some pics the day it came home, still on the trailer.

Here's a video of me and a buddy beating the living hell out of it. A few burnouts, some serious wheel hop and some other stuff.

right click, save as 69MB (good quality, 6 minutes)

Thanks! That took a LOT of work and 2 weekends worth of video.

Right now .. I'm thinking a frame off resto, there's lots of mud and **** caked in the frame rails, and they should prolly be stiffened anyways . While the bed's off, I'm gonna try and get a 4 link with coil overs in there, maybe a Ford 9" or 12 bolt one. Tub the bed out a little. Up front ... it's gonna get STUFFED. I dunno if it's gonna be an ls1, or an all out 408 yet though. Either way .. it won't be stock.

I frogot to mention ... the burnouts were all done by 3500 clutch dumps. I'm shocked the engine took it as bad as it was rattling.

You can get fiberglass everything for that body style. I bet you could get that down to 2000lbs
