alright my buddy with a new gt 5spd called me out tonite. the only thing i know hes got is i/e. i think if he had auto it'd be close, but with stick i duno. any predictions on whats gonna happen?

Is he an auto or manual? The autos are REAL dogs.

 

If he was stock, it would be pretty close. Since he has an intake and exhaust, I think he might have the upper hand if he is a good driver. The 4.10s will probably give you a good shot though. Good luck!

 

ya i dont know if any of u remember, but this is the same guy i posted about beating in the roush. well he sold the roush, got the new gt and now he wants revenge.

 

with the 5sp it will all depend on the driver, those stangs are geting quicker all the time, still not ls1 fast but finialy starting to run like a performance car.

just guesing here but i would put that stang in the low 14's if he can drvie ok.

the 5spd GT will kick your *** from a roll....and from a dig if he can drive. GTs are slow...but 4.8s are real slow.

 

with a stick i say he will beat you by about 2 cars. those things launch pretty good. see if you can get him from a roll. then it will be close.

 

If its a 5 speed, you sill have your *** handed.
