Forgot all about posting the fix. Y'all were right about the LS3 cam not having the reluctor. Changed timing chain set, timing cover and got the adapter harness for the cam sensor relocating to the front cover. Been doing fine since. Thanks for the help !

If everything is checked out 100% and still doing it, a super simple Cam Crank Correlation Relearn is almost always over looked.

I installed an extenstion harness on mine and it was wired wrong. If you look closely at the plug in, you'll see an "A" "B" "C" on each end.... Follow the colors and make sure they line up with the corresponding ABC on the other end.... One of my wires was crossed and went from B to C so it never got the proper signal. I switched it around and it worked perfectly!
