Default Rear seat missing parts?

Wasn't sure where to post this, but what am I missing under the rear seat of my ECSB 09? I have the jack figured out but there is a ransoms stud with a nut and these two brackets which usually go to he jack storage stuff. Anyone have any pics under their seats?

I don't see your tool kit, with the rods for the spare tire removal and the lug nut wrench. They go on that one stud to hold them to the floor I think. The two bracket looking things are I think wheel chocks.

Wheel chocks get secured with the jack. Should have a clip for the tool kit like this that threads onto that stud. http://www.duhabins.com/images/10305-jack.jpg

My 04 has a cover, 12 and 15 did not. Not sure what year they quit doing the covers.
