OMG .... Looks like he tried to straighten a curve out going entirely to fast.

Brings a whole new meaning to wrapped it around a tree. That's sad almost though.

Happens every day - people think they drive alot better than they
really do
Check the speedo - stuck at 80 KPH and 2 grand on the tach

100 KPH is 60MPH right? So they weren't going that fast...guess it was more the alcohol than anything??

It would take much more than that to separate the car like that. I don't care what speed it was stuck at. I'm thinking 100+.

I would agree - from what I see everyday.
Had to be
One look how far the 2 peices traveled after they hit the tree
look how far the engine traveled.
But one thing to keep in mind
European vehicles are made to the same standard as US vehicles.
Could play a part in it.

Just thought is was interesting seeing the speedo and tach and temp gauge all stuck.....
