launching with a higher stall

Default launching with a higher stall

got the tb converter in today. any tips for launching or should i just play around with it and see? i certainly don't wanna break anything as i already broke enough stuff trying to install it. had a trans shop fix everything and get the converter in correctly for me.

Go out and see where it stalls up to.. Go from there.. Launch it in fwd a few times, see what one you like best.. You have any trans upgrades?? what in the hell did you break installing it?? Should be a nice lil upgrade though

lol thanks john.......i'll never touch a wrench again. haha....it seems i didnt get the converter on all the way and tightened it up to the block which crushed the pump. the last 4 days have been hell. anyways i pick the truck up this afternoon from the shop. 500 bucks later!

LOL that blows.. YOU MUST MAKE SURE IT LOCKS IN WHEN YOU PUT IT IN.. LOL but you know that now.. Hey somtimes the best way to learn is break ****.... we all have done it

when you say stall it up you mean brake stall it to see what it will climb to without the wheels breaking loose right>?

hey i put in my tb stall today too! had to build my tranny. just brake stall it to see how high it wil stall then punch it to see what it will flash to. smokes the tires better than stock for sure lol
