when you dont know someone personally, the principle in sales is, if you really want it, get it immediately, put in some sort of a deposit to guarantee a hold, or just hope it doesnt sell. Its the unwritten rule. I've seen too many jackasses cancel out on buying **** at the last minute.....and it just creates real problems and hassles.

If you two knew each other personally this would be a different story.
