Actually there was a firm commitment made. He asked when I could pick it up and I told him Friday or Saturday. That's cool he will get his in the end.

 

I'm a firm believer of .. what comes around goes around.

 

Island Tahoe sent me a check in the mail for the intake, but I told him the guy that bought the motor gave me a signifigant amount of money for it, so I told him to cancel his check and I'd pay him back any money he paid to have it certified. We made a return deal for the check and all is well. Why cant you guys be more mature like him? I'll be waiting to "get mine in the end"

ok, where is your email saying, "Yes I will be there Friday, or yes I will be there Saturday?" Funny because that email doesnt exist because it was already Thursday and you still had not told me if you were for sure coming or not. Am I supposed to assume? Is all this posting going to get the engine in your hands? No. Like I said I'm not going to be selling anything, so the whole "warning" thing doesnt really matter either. I didnt rip you off or steal your money, so I did nothing wrong. Maybe I threw out the courtesy issue because of the money, but that should be your only bitch.

yea, I need to learn English, how about you come down here and teach me since you are an English Professor right?
So if I go to a place and see something I want, and I tell them I'll come get it tomorrow or the next day, you think they are going to hold it for you when someone shows up and wants to take it with them at that point in time, and will also be receiving more money from it?
