with twin turbos i hope it lays waste to the ss trailblazer. but then again, if you can't put that power to the ground whats the point of having it. i am sure there are a lot of guys here with a whole lot less power laying waste to the srt 10!

Some of those guys don't have any argument for their claims at all. Brand loyalty is fine, but if you're gonna say "chevy is plastic crap" at least explain how or why the dodge is better in that aspect. I've driven Rams and I would take the silverado's interior over the rams any day. I agree there's a lot of plastic ( in both), but come on dtw guys get real.

If you can afford to buy a banks durango without selling both of your kidneys.
I am sure that durango would be freaking fast, but you can do the same thing to the tralblazer. The LS1 and now LS2 based motors are some of the most modable motors ever. Don't get me wrong, I would drive the S**T out of a twin-turbo Durango, but it isn't going to be anything that you couldn't accomplish with any other truck/suv with the same or less $$.

"think they would come up with something more than another ss "

What about Dodge throwing the Hemi in everything in sight? Rams, Magnums, 300C, Durango...I'm sure the Charger will have a Hemi variant too.

DC found a great marketing tool and is using it to the best of their advantage, can't blame 'em for that. Just wish that GM would slap the SS moniker on a RCSB LS2 Silvy SS like I've been hearing rumors of.
