Default I really hate Ford people

So my friend's friend owns a Mustang/ Ford perfromance shop and he said he would get me in today for the converter install for $250. I dropped the truck off at 9am. At 5pm I go back to pick it up and from the looks of it they just started!!! By 8:30 they are about done. They try to crank it up and it makes this terrible noise. We turn it off and he checks everything and says that a bolt backed out. He said my factory bolts were too short or long (I dont remember which) so he would have to go tomorrow morning to get new bolts. A 2 day install!!!! Im still very uncomfortable, but this guys reputation preceeds him. He is supposed to be a b@d@ss mechanic. On top of how pissed off I am (I dont leave my truck anywhere) I noticed some mud on the wheel wells of my fresh buff job!!!! Then he mentions how he doesnt like chevys. "They are a little shoddy and dont compete in the market" "I do a lot of work on lightnings and S/C Harley editions". "I like your truck though". If there is something wrong with my baby, this guy will really get hurt badly!! No joke. I dont mess around with my truck. Besides, this guy knows that I get paid quite nicely for hurting people, why would he mess with me like this??? Im so angry and confused

I didnt try it myself b/c I figured I should leave it to a proffessional. Im not a jerk, but I get really angry when people disrespect me or try to take advantage of me. If I get there tomorrow morning and my truck isnt running like a champ I will get violent. Im very angry right about now.

Thanks for listening guys. Much appreciated. I will keep you updated. I will never have a Ford shop do work for me again though. Thanks

Next time make a note of the mileage IF you ever leave it somewhere for a job.

It's got nothing to do with the bolts being too long or short. The stock bolts are fine and reusable...unless he lost them and tried using some FURD bolts that didn't fit.
