Default how to take off pin stripping???

well i want to take off the pen stripping on my 06 rcsb, but its not taped on there, not painted, kinda just like a thick paint in a way, it can scrape it off but it takes a long *** time and leaves tiny little ''ghosting'' marks where the scratching was, anyway to do this faster??? thanks

Try using a heat gun to heat it up a little.

You can get one from pretty much any auto parts store. Being from Texas, just get you some Goo-B-Gone and some adhesive remover. Leave your truck out in the sun all day and randomly put those two products on it and then go to town. Or just buy a heat gun and go that route.

eraser wheel makes it real easy, but if it has been on for along time, you could have problems, under his striping was somedark grey crap on the parts that got real hot and nothing would remove it.

not to do 2 different topics on one thread but the eraser wheel picks up all the adhesive crap after the badge is removed, correct?
