How much can the stock bottom end handle on a 5.3L?

well, truck trend ran an lm7 5.3l at 24 psi with aftermarket heads intake and cam before valve float occured. Bottom end is apparently ok.

this thread is oolllllllld. people have pushed 1,100 on stock bottoms by now.

Hot Rod also ran a junkyard 4.8 short block up to 1200hp at almost 27 psi years ago without any ill effects.

Real world truck with a 5.3 here.

I did a Stock bottom end rebuild. I didnt NEED to but I wanted to. LMG 5.3
Triple 12 cam
springs and valve job/seals on the stock 799 heads
Turbo and Meth with 93 pump

630 wheel through my 4x4. it drives great and and i love it. Im sure its possible, but im not sure if its worth trying to get more. Id hate to find my LMG engine's limit.
