Default How many of you have manual windows?

I just sold my 98 sierra and that had power everything, and all my vehicles before that were the same. I never really thought I'd have a problem getting used to power windows/locks but after really thinking about it it seems it might be kind of annoying. Is it something you get used to after a while? Just curious for my next purchase because I see a lot of trucks without power.

I have manual windows in my work van and RCSB. They also both have manual mirrors so it sucks ***** when the pass. mirror needs adjusting. It also sucks when you pull up on the left side of someone nd you can't hear or say anything to them.

My first truck when i was 16 had manual window and locks and i hated it! i planned to convert everything to power but i traded it off a year or so later on a loaded truck and never looked back. If i bought a project truck for racing i wouldnt care either way but not for daily driving. Thats just my opinion but i might be lazy!

Is there any weight saving benefits with manual locks/windows? Just trying to find any positives I can if I can't find a loaded truck

theres not enough for it to be worth getting manual for the weight. you could always convert it if the preice is right on a base model.

I have manual locks/windows in my Colorado, and power lock/windows/etc. in my Sierra. As a regular cab, the Colorado doesn't bother me with all of the manual stuff. It's just a personal taste thing, I guess. I'm fine with it--got bigger fish to fry than to worry about manual stuff.

I have manual locks and windows, the locks dont bother me. I only wish the windows were at times, but then I am reminded when I use the ones in my 85 or the mustang and they are a little off track and annoying. The reliable manual windows hardly ever have problems.

My truck has manual everything. It had am/fm radio, air, and cruise. I am big into stereos, so I knew that was coming out for some good stuff. I put solenoids in the doors and added keyless, but I never roll down my windows so that doesn't bother me.
