How many cubes are 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0?

Default How many cubes are 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0?

I've heard a couple different things, but I'd like to know exactly. I've heard 366 and 364 cid for the 6.0, 323 and 325 for the 5.3, and I assume that the 4.8 is around 290-295ish. Does anybody know for sure

Look on the radiator shroud. The 5.3 is 324. Not sure about the others though.

I'm pretty sure the 4.8 is 293ci and the 5.3 is 327ci and I'd put the 6.0 around 366-369

4.8= 293
5.3=325
6.0=364
I work at a dealer, and this is straight out of gm's technical info.

Displacement = (bore/2)^2*Pi*Stroke*number of cylinders

4.8
3.78 X 3.27 === (3.78/2)^2*Pi*3.27*8 = 293.56 ci

5.3
3.78 X 3.62 === (3.78/2)^2*Pi*3.62*8 = 324.99 ci

6.0
4.00 X 3.62 === (4.00/2)^2*Pi*3.62*8 = 363.92 ci

I got these from chevy's website. They list the 4.8 as a 293, the 5.3 as a 327, and the 6.0 as a 364.

I thought the 5.3 was actually like a 323 and the 6.0 was 364 and the 4.8 was a 292. Doesnt really make a diff tho it's close enough.

RanWalk and Exhappen are correct. I use the formula- pi/4xbore^2 x stroke x number of cylinders.
