Replaced mine recently, it made it to almost 130k. Last year I noticed it seemed to be down on power a bit during the summer, and had a slow startup occasionally. Not really long to start but not firing up instantly either. Finally hooked up a gauge to it and determined fuel pressure plummeted at WOT to about 30psi after a few seconds.

I put in a new ACDelco and it fires up instantly every time, runs hard at WOT again

Just a mostly stock '01 2500HD

 

One made it 210k and another one I had made it 160

 

I got 230,000 out mine then it died on my way home from work.
