I put about 150k on mine before changing. The pump was still working but the top was so rusted that something broke and threw an evap code.

Replaced pump and no evap code since. My buddy has an identical truck to me and put closer to 170k-180k on his before the whine got real loud and we changed it just to be safe.

Mine is on 184,xxx. No weird sounds coming from it (it's a FF pump).

my 202k pump is quieter than any i've had in the past. once started it runs like a champ. the hard starts are getting really old though. i replaced the FPR thinking i would cure the issue and it didnt so the pump assy is the next culprit.

I'm picking up a new pump from Michael this evening. he's hookin me up with a good deal. more money for the camaro now.

no codes from my current sensors. the truck drives fine. 14.5mph on our weekend road trip. not bad for a 2500HD crew cab on 33" tires. how much can new sensors really help? it's my tow turd that MIGHT get 3k miles a year so i hate spending any money on it.

mine is quiet as ever but I think it's bleeding pressure when parked...or has a weak prime...I prime 2x and it fires right up no problem. once started it drives perfect. honestly a mild issue figuring this truck is turning 15 years old and is getting it's first round of maintenance. I might actually change the coolant if I think about it. this 15 year old coolant at 203k miles keeps the motor nice and crispy cool.

mechanically/longevity wise, 99-07 classic is better than any of this new junk GM produces now days IMO. the new interiors make me jelly though.
