How do I put a new driver's window in?

got the window in. Regulator had to come out first and then I had to put some muscle into the glass to get in into the door.
Also, I bought the $99 dorman replacement regulator from Advance Auto. Build quality is surprisingly good, but the motor is not as strong as OEM IMO. Oh well. The thing I'm happy about is the window goes into the top of the door smoother than it did before.
