The bumpstops unscrew and screw themselves very easy. I put some JB weld on the threads of mine. Now they aren't going anywhere

I found the problem and don't know why I never noticed before. Ontop of the fenders there are some rubber boots that are clipped on. The one on my driverside is missing so its bouncing up and down because of the lack of resistance.
Adjusting the bump stops would just make the hood higher than It needed to be. Ordered one today.
I never mentioned but the pass side was always higher than the driver side but both stops were set. I always thought it was a problem on the pass side headlight but nope.

problem solved... good job.

BTW i got that circle d in and its alot tighter, it feels pretty much like my old TB stall and it flashes to 2800 or so. its alot easier to drive my truck now and i like that. when i first put it in reverse i almost went into another car lol. im used to it not moving in gear.

BTW: That part was a bit over $6 so if you need one, find a wrecked vehicle to take it from. damn
