I would would go with a TSP 220... the blue nnbs on 24's from baytown is a 4.8 and ran a 14.1 last friday.... that is pretty impressive for a 4.8 on 24's!!! I wouldnt go bigger than the 220 if it was me...

what springs are you using? Get some 918-921's and i would a mti C2 cam in that 4.8. Specs are 222-222-581-581-112. As far as a stall should run atleast a 3200.

the TSP cam is a 220/220 .581/.581 112LSA, anybigger you will need a bigger converter, bigger than a 3200... if you are trying to go with a good setup.... thats just my IMO??

remember 01thunder had to have a 3800stall for a 224? not much of a difference??? I could be wrong though.... sorry bro, just for some reason I like to stay under instead of overcamming something? but I sure do like the lope of a bigger cam though!!

TR220 should be wild in a 4.8. I wouldn't go bigger than that. With a 224 vs 220 your going to make hardly any more power, but move your RPM range up more and require a higher stall rate. The same power or close to it can be had with a 220 or 212 218 and still retain some lower RPM capabilities. Just get a good tune so your not running some lame times like I am
