LOL! Around here we call them "scare" goats. It's funny to watch them do their thing. You can usually just throw a rock at one and it will fall over.

I was watching CNN about 2 weeks ago and they had those goats on there. I had been laughing for weeks at that and figured everyone would get a good laugh!
