good deal on lq9?

Default good deal on lq9?

Just wanted to know if its a good deal, my friends friend has an lq9 with 70k miles and he wants 1 grand plus my 4.8 and he would install me the motor but he lives 11 hrs away. what do you guys think?

yes assuming it's in good shape still. Are you sure he's your friend and are you sure it's an lq9?

its from an 03 escalade should be lq9

It's a good deal for what it is, but for a few hundred more, you could have a low mileage one to install yourself. If you're on a budget, then go for it.

I was quoted 1200 complete, no core for one with about 60,000 so, that's definately in the range
