Default goin to the dealership??

i am going next week to build my new 07 rcsb i am trading in my 02 silverado, it has a 3" body lift wit 33s on it, should i take the body lift off and return it to stock or no??

I think most people return there trucks to stock before selling or trading in. Then they make a little money from the sell of the aftermarket parts.
Not sure which way would get you the most money for your truck.

But one thing I would do is DON'T tell the dealership you have a trade until after they tell you the final price of the truck you want. Many people claim to have got what they wanted out of there used car or truck but what really happens is the dealership raises the cost of the new car or limits the amount they are willing to drop the price to cover the trade in.

yea i never even thought of that, so negotiate a price bout the truck first then tell em i got a trade in thanks guys. im gettin a w/t 5.3 2wd couple little options lockin diff, 3.73s, im so pumped, the damn truck's only gonna cost me like 21,500 w/o my trade and me negotiating, which is like 3k less then my fiances bran new impala so i got room to mod w/o gettin ball tapped every 5 seconds cause i spent more $$$ than her lol

There's always money for mods. I think you'll be happy, the new ones are worth the money, but it is a lot of money.

well i payed like 19 for my 02 and its a w/t basically w chrome bumpers and a/c, 4.3 5spd, it sucks but i just wanted a 4x4 at the time adn i was only like 17 when i bought it adn it was all i could afford, of course i have learned my lesson since then and thats that you shouldnt be a cheap *** and buy a fullsize silverado with a 4.3, so i am willing to go the extra 3 grand now

I doubt negotiating a final price then tossing the trade onto the table will make any difference. They will just give you less for your trade. Good luck.
