Replace your Fuel tank vent solenoid part# 15138620
Very ease to replace, rear passenger side of the gas tank, about $75-90
The new PN for it is a

19152349

Cost around $100 and you have to get some hose and clamps for the remote mount air inlet for the solenoid.

i know this is a super old post but it helped me. mine did the same as the op's so i took off my evap sol. and disassembled it until i could see the plunger, which was stuck shut, and spring. cleaned every thing and reassembled. no more code and i can put gas in at a normal pace.

Cool deal, glad that something in the archives helped you out We have another member here who still has to do this fix so that he can fill his tank in a timely manner (Tom fastnblu). Actually, the EVAP Vent Solenoid is a common failure...it doesn't often cause the slow filling of the tank, but that does happen. There is a TSB in reference to this, that outlines replacing the valve and relocating the filter for it at the back of the engine block/top of the trans bellhousing, and using a long length of 5/8" heater hose between the valve and filter. Besides Tom fastnblu, my other buddy Tom (tdrumm) will be bringing his 06 VMax by my place Sunday afternoon so we can replace his valve, and I have a new valve/filter for my own truck sitting on my tool box right next to his. Tom and I aren't having problems filling up with gas, but both have our check engine lights shining bright from the valve being clogged
