Here is another modified schematic with how to wire in the lights and switches.
Hit low switch and both fans come on low.
Hit high switch and right fan comes on high.
Hit both switches and both fans come on high.
LEDs work with manual switches and the PCM.

Well you know which fans I'm a fan of Tom, but many have had great results with the LS1 fans also, and they are a lot cheaper than my setup was. As I mentioned, besides the fans being bigger, I also like the added cooling capacity of the 34" rad...here's how much my setup breaks down to IIRC...

New 05 take-off efans: $200 shipped

New aftermarket 34" radiator: $265 (can't remember about shipping)

Nelson fan harness: $100 shipped (yea you can make your own, but this thing really looks about as factory as aftermarket gets)

PCM tuning will vary...since you have HPTuners (did I get that right?), this will be free for you

Other variables include new coolant, t-stat...I also got a 145 amp alternator, but not because of the efans, just because...

My fans appear to be setup to come on at 177 and off at 170 (according to my scan tool), and my truck consistently runs around 175ish

well, I've been an opponent to the ls1 fans, but i gave in. I'm sick of looking at the clutch fan in the engine bay. $55 shipped for the fans and $89 for the blackbear harness. So I've got roughly $145 in the setup.

Thanks
I like to keep **** clean and simple..I used the lil tabs that go through the radi for mount trans coolers and all.. Used 2 to gold it in, it holds it damn good, is super clean.. Also the ls1 fans sit right down on top of the trucks core support, so they are just holding it up to the radi.. I know they work cause I have seen a fair share of 140 mph blasts..

These tabs.. Work perfect If you take your stock shroud off, look at how much sticks out the bottom of the radi. The core support lets the fans sit right on top of it, then these tabs hold it to the radi
