I ordered the Volant on the 16th and it's still not here. It left Dallas Tx. the 17th going to Sacramento Ca. and got to Sac. on the 19th, only two days (arrival scan). Fed Ex didn't "destination scan" it until the 21 st., two days to sit in a sort facility? It left Sac. last night at 10 PM to come to the hub that's about 3 miles from my house, Sac is only 60 miles. The "estimated delivery" has change from the 21st, to today the 22nd and it's not here. The website shows no other updates from when it left Sac. last night at 10 PM. I hope I get it tomorrow! I could have driven to Sac. on Tuesday and picked it up! Two days to go from Dallas to Sac. and now three days to go the last 60 miles? I don't know about the rest of you but when I order something I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas to arrive.

Now I'm really pissed! The Fed EX website says they delivered my intake at 3:35 this afternoon. BullShit! I was home at that time and have been home since noon, no delivery! I've already emailed their customer service and said I didn't get it and where is it. It's taken 5 days to go the last 60 miles (Sacramento to my house), it was in Sac on Monday and today, I still don't have it. **** I'm pissed!

Hey you'll feel better after this...
I ordered a speedo gear for my Ford right? It was by UPS ordered on the 7th from Steeda in CA. Supposed to be here on the 9th. I called Steeda saying basically "WTF man, where's my part?" I spent $20 to next day something that weighs liks 4 ounces maybe. About a week later I called them and said, that's enough of this crap you will refund every cent of my money.
Had to call UPS and get a claim...took them about 10 days. Yay for their timely fashion.
So then they said something to the extent of "we were informed that you haven't received this package tracking number 1GF5B1T76GBAS08QWYTAPUBA" or some ****! hahaha. I was like duh lady, that's why I am dealing with you.
Then they finally said they would issue a refund to Steeda then to me. What a pain in the ***!

I've had pretty good luck so far with shipping stuff. The UPS guy even signs for my stuff now if it has a "requires signature" notice.
FedEx is pretty good around here also so far.
Sorry to hear about the shipping problems.

Well, I called the 1-800 number and filed a complaint of sorts. It's an automated voice system where you say the dept. you want and then the computer transfers you. First I get "enter your tracking number", so I did and it repeats it to you. Then the voice says "your item was delivered, blah, blah, blah" and I'm like "NO IT WASN"T". Then I get "if you would like another dept. say more" I say something I shouldn't have and it says "Im sorry your last response wasn't recognised", so I calmly say "Claims" from off the menu. Then I get a guy that sounds like a computer, voice sounded computerized again, so I ask "are you real or a computer?". He was real and asked what the problem was, so I told him that the website says it was delivered and it wasn't, I was home the whole time. He's now looking into it and notified the facility it came from about my complaint. I've had this happen before with Fed Ex, the website saying it was delivered when it wasn't. Then, the next morning it's by the front door!? It's almost like they say it delivered and then delivery it the next day. Do they have a percent delivery quota they have to meet or something and they're pencil whipping the numbers by saying it was delivered when it really wasn't? I also notified Hyperformance and they've already gotten back to me and are checking also. Now it wait and see time.
