The wheels are not much heavier than the stock 17's and they are much lighter than factory 20's. When i was doing the swap, it felt almost the same weight for both the chrome stockies and these. I hardly noticed any difference in braking too. Thats the benefit of having aluminum wheels. They are much lighter but are so much harder to keep clean! Oh well, i dont mind polishing them! lol. Besides, i couldnt pass them up! My buddy was trading his truck in and sold the rims and tires to me hella cheap cause the dealer wasnt going to give him much extra for him to leave them on there and he needed fast cash to put towards his down payment. He paid almost $3900 installed for the rims, tires and lugs 3 months before he sold them to me for nothing close to that!
. Both the rims and tires look brand new so i cant complain.
Thanks for the compliments guys!! Im glad its coming along at a decent pace! All the major stuff will be done in the next couple months so it will just be the nickel and dime stuff ill be chipping away at after that.
I'm getting the tint and the alarm done tomorrow and hopefully the mcgaughys 2/4 with doetch tech shocks and helper bags this weekend. We will see.
