cat converters..what can i get out of them??

Default cat converters..what can i get out of them??

installed headers and scraping exhaust system...kinda been wondering if the converters are worth anything?? and if so, what are they going for?

I got $40 for both if mine a few weeks ago, I got screwed big time. I'm an idiot. You should get at least $35 each.

that wouldnt be too bad..i was thinking $50 a piece..$35 would be fair tho.

Yeah at LEAST $35 but really you should get over $40 a piece. It all depends on where you go and what the going rate is. Call around different scrap yards before you go so you don't end up getting screwed over like myself.

I got $35 a piece for mine, just had to cut them out of the y-pipe, pack em in a box with newspapers, and ship them to the recycling joint, who then sent me a check for $70

I think GM charges $50 a pop for core charge. Scrap guy that would come by paid $100/pair with complete y-pipe.

100 would be nice..but my y pipe is useless..i cut it..maybe 100 for the entire exhaust system and cats?

i got 50 a piece for mine.... cut off your flanges and sell the manifold and flanges for a turbo build to someone

$70 a piece for mine. Guess I have "large gm". Courtesy of Blaze Recycling in Lawrenceville, Ga.
