Bucking issue below 2K
#1
Future text goes here, I'll fill in more when I get to work. but 2004 sierra 6.0/T56 CAI long tubes stage 4 BTR Truck cam
I have a bucking issue below 2k as the title says. It was only a problem in parking lots at low speeds and was bearable, i dont spend a lot of time in parking lots except at work, to and from my spot. however, during the Texas polar vortex apocalypse with sub-zero freezing for a few days, it brought to light a grounding issue, apparently its been a problem for a while now but didnt show its ugly head till after temps came back up. I noticed in the mornings the truck had no power at all, no lights, no remote unlock, it was a brick, but in the afternoons when the sun had warmed everything up, the truck would start fine...long story short, it was a ground on the block not making good contact when cold. Thats all fixed now and it runs a lot better than it did before.
Since all that was fixed I've noticed that when I'm cruising down the highway in 6th @ 75, its just below 2k, when giving it a little gas to maintain a hill or just speed up a little, it stumbles then goes just fine, it doesnt do it every time though, something i didnt notice before. Could be a number of thinks, bad gas, blah blah blah. I'm try to rule out any possibilities before I start taking things apart. With this cam, I realize its not easy to tune an lsa like that nor is it in it "normal" operating range.
Also, the idle is not really consistent, with the clutch in rolling to a stop, it either tries to die(never does), rpms around 350 or so, or it hangs up high some where around 1800 rpms. its been doing that since we did the swap and totally my fault for not getting a log of it till now. I've had a lot of life happen since the swap and it hasnt been a priority.
Take a look at the log and let me know if anyone sees anything obvious, Thanks!

Look at those fuel trims, they are sometimes +30-40% on the short term. That is obviously not good at all.
There are time when the MAF stops reporting data too.
Looks like the fueling on this tune needs a lot of help.

Thats probably 100% my fault, i never sent any data back for updates once the swap was done, life got in the way.
On the MAF, when it stops reporting, would that be indicative of a hardware failure?
Also it tossed a P0151 on the way home.....O2 bank 2 sensor 1 low voltage.

well i found part of the problem, one of the spark wires was touching the header, the heat burned thru the cable and was sparking on the header.....only found it by chance, it was still dark outside, went to shut the hood and saw a little extra light where there shouldnt have been when the engine was running.
