Blinker semi flashers

i think there's two torx screws that holds the column cover on but i'm not sure.

The steering column clamshells also have locking tabs (2 or so on each side) that are kind of a PITA and easy to break. Remove the screws and CAREFULLY pry the clamshells apart. If you don't remove the steering wheel first, you will have some extra effort in the job, as they protrude under the steering wheel also. It's much easier with the wheel off, but can be done either way.

I had already considered the fluid. Checked it and it looked fine. Didn't smell burned.
