ill tell you what, i will NEVER run this ****** **** in anything again... i put a full tank in just bout 2 weeks ago, my wifes car started runnin like ****, check engine light came on, remote start wouldnt work cause it kept stallin out when the car wasnt warmed up, it was hittin real hard when you hit the gas or let off... ran that tank out for a week, put a tank of 89 and some fuel injector cleaner in, 2 days it was gone. i made an appointment at the dealership just have them scan the code, they said they couldnt even find it in the history, the code was on for a ****** week so i dunno how they managed that, but it hasnt done it since and it wont do it again because thats the last time were using it

this car was a E-85 car to, we have run it wit that stuff prior to this happening

sorry i didnt realize i didnt answer your question in my rant lol... with regard to mpg, we did notice a significant amount less like approx 1.5 all the way to 3 mpg less, we found ourselves frequently fillin up sooner

If I could readily get E85 here, I would run it. I've researched it a lot. I would have to tune for it since my truck is not flex fuel, but I have EFILive for that and i think with my turbo, I could get a fair bit more power out of it for only minimal fuel mileage lose. And it burns cleaner

I have only ran E85 once in my truck. it is difficult to find a station around here with it. but i did notice a little better throttle response when i was running it. and i dont know if i was just hearing things or since i dont have dual exhaust i just wanted it to sound better but my exaust sounded like it had more of a runmble. not sure it that is true or not but that is how it sounded. i would like to run it all the time. plus i am a farm boy so this ethanol is a great thing.
