Anyone know what wheels these are?

Sorry but this is the best pic I have. Just wondering what kind of wheels these are on this truck. Thanks in advance for the help.

Those are the Dick Cepek DC1 rims not the DC2 as shown above. Notice the smooth center cap and the bolt detail around the edge on the DC1.
