Dodge says 345hp and 380tq. I'll reserve judgement till they are out for a little while and we see what the bugs are. I will say its past due for them to produce a real engine instead of the moped v8's they were using in the trucks. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />
Hell, the 5.8 barely had the power of the 5.0 305.....

 

At my last mechanics class we had some Dodge Reps show up. The brought one of there Hemi's, first off the stock exsaust sounds like ****. Second, this bitch could move! Not bad, but I like my Chevy. <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

345 horses and its in a ******* TANK! they are still heavy trucks.

i'll give the dodge its credit when i see one on the street or track busting up on everything else. until then i still think its gunna be a big, heavy, over-rated truck.

wonder why it is when people here the word "hemi" they get an automatic hard-on. this is not the same "hemi" that powered the old skool muscle cars. i will never buy a new dodge or ford product till the day i die. i dont care if one of the two come out with a 500+ cubic inch block supercharged off the lot; i think chevy/gmc's are the best looking trucks on the road and are one of the most heavily used and desired trucks.
