My pass window is also a lot slower than the driverside. I also have a friend with a 00Z28 and his barely makes it to the top. I will be greasing mine when I take the panels of to install my new componets.

dont think it is a power prob because i thought the same thing and we ran a 8 guage power wire straight from the bat to work only the windows and it did not help.
