I was wondering if you could look in the engine electrical section and look at the generator plug diagram and tell me what pin is for what and the p/n for the plug?
I bought a 05 160 alternator and it has a different plug (no longer p/n15355066) than my 01 and just want to make sure which is that charge indicator control and which is the generator field duty cycle signal.

Nope, I ordered a pigtail from my part guy, it still is not in. I guess once it's in I'm going to put the voltmeter on the old one note readings and then mount the new alt and take the readings and if they read the same hook it up. If they are different try and find out why and if it can be use.

Nothing yet,pigtail came in but it was the wrong one. I went to napa but they didn't have one so waiting again for General Monkey dealer to get correct plug.
