I was just wondering if anything new has come up on the Chevrolet SS Concept Vehical. I really like it and am thinking about getting one when they come out....... that is a nice looking cluster. the speedo is unique. be kind of weird getting use to.

 

Looks like an RX8.I thank on the concept it had a 6L with 450hp.Its different but,I like it.

 

I know this is a tad off-topic but..... I was looking at a mag at work the other day. Dont remember which it was but I saw a Chevelle SS that looked somewhat like a GTO with different front/rear fascia and wheels. It was red with white racing stripes looked pretty good. Anybody know what the deal with that is? What magazine was it in for that matter?

It looked just like this. But it was an actual car tested. Ill see if I can find the mag at work monday and scan the pics.

 

i saw the SS velle in one of the chevy performance magazines. i forget the exact name of the mag. the looks are alright but i'd buy it b/c of the motor and theres no camaro anymore. said it would come w/ 350 horses and a 6 speed. hopefully it don't weight as much as the gto. the back end looks worse than a 600lb ladies back end, and the front end is alright. if they reworked both front and back a lil, it would be a fairly nice car. it looks very similair to the gto. i like how car companies are goin back to the old days now. ford t-bird(good bye), gto, maybe chevelle, SSR based off ol' pick em up truck, corvette... o yea the vette is old.

It was in Chevy High Performance. It was nothing more than some dude with Photoshop messing around with a GTO. I did not come from GM and there are supposedly no plans to build it. The article said to send positive feed back to GM so they could possibly look into it.

 

I'm so getting that I have the mag, it's in my bookpile. I think it's slated for 2007, I'll look it up again.
