Those times are extremely slow times for stock 03 Lighnings. I have seen 01+ run mid 13's stock.

The 01+ are rated at 380 HP but are very underrated. On the average they put out about 345 hp at the rear wheels.

Parish, Tiburon, i agree that the 14.6 seems slow, im just saying that i won't believe a stock lightning will run 13.0-13.7 stock without legitimate proof that it is 100% stock, thats all. im not saying its not possible at all. I would just like some legitimate proof not some fastest truck list. Those guys could have lowered the tire pressure, took there filter out, removed there tailgate, took out pasenger seat etc, etc.... who knows?? Isn't the point of going to the track to try and get the best time possible? Regardless they are damn fast and i respect them, and ford for taking the effort to create them for us to enjoy.

Wildstye i get girls from school asking me to help them move there mattress all the time, glad to see its not just me that gets asked.

when looking over at that nloc site and not believing stock Ls run mid 13s is like coming over here and reading stock LS1 cars run 12.90 or better.

Actually it's not... It it extremely rare that stock ls1 dip into the 12's and it's pretty common for stock 01+ Lighnings to run 13.5-7 in decent weather.

still im trying to press the point that there can be many, many, many factors to the results of track times.
Man those magazines are so far off it is ridiculous. I quit believing them years ago. I even saw one the other day that claimed a stock corvette(not ZO6) that ran a 13.1 was faster than the '03 Cobra they tested which ran a 13.3. Lord, even my grandma can get a new Cobra into the 12's.
