yeah red99 thats is thanks man thats great, i cant get the hub outta the spindle maybe the bearing is so chewed and torn its holding it from sliding out. Now that I know theres no nut behind the hub i can wack the sht outta it to get it off thanks pal

i just did mine last night as i was raising my truck back up stock height. all you need to do is get a flat head screw driver in there and tap it in with a hammer and it will spread apart. ill try to show you on that picture. kinda hard to describe. if not ill try to get a picture tonight when i do the other side.

yeah buddy thats exactley where its hanging up. but now that i know theres no nut on the otherside now i can do what i gotta do to get it off im just wondering if the busted bearing is whats holding it in so tight. but thanks to all of you's for the info and help

its just froze together. do that and it will come right out. i had the same problem last night. spray some lube on it and pry it out. dont hit on the back of the bearing thats just a dust cap and its not going to help. i done the same last night on my stock spindles and screwed up the bearing that was in them. they werent any good anyways.

I just realized that mine is going bad also. I'm going to start calling around to find the best price. Thanks for the help guys.

i got a couple bearings laying around here but im not sure how good they are. i got them when i bought my spindles from a junk yard. let me know if you need one if not i can get you a new gm one cheap.

Funny, I've been noticing a bit of a whurring noise from what sounds to be the left front, but I'm not sure. I'm kinda hopin that it's just my BFG's singing to me...could be tire noise in my case.
