any predictions? i really have no idea
i haven't drivin it yet with the cut out and 4wd, just ran out of time but i am just about done with those 2 projects. i have a feeling this thing is going to rip out of the hole and if it does i could see some real nice ET's, going to try some 100octane in there too.
my guess
450hp/500tq on pump gas
525hp/575tq on 100octane(3-4more psi?)
11.99 at 112 on pump gas settings(probably still have some good gas in there from the dyno but will run it at pump gas boost)
11.6 at 115 on 100octane
complete guesses and a bit optimistic maybe, forgot i was going to an 1/8th mile track too

Ohh ... I don't look at the 1/8th mile times hardly so I wouldn't have any idea.
I wanna see someone bust into the 10's. I'm not gonna be that fast, not anytime soon, so props to the first one there!

I multiply 1/8th times by ~1.56 to give you appx 1/4 times.
1/8th mi tracks are a lot of fun around here, I don't care for the big 1/4mi one that's close (Ennis). Everyone is typically nice and is open to talking about what they run in their vehicle.
You going to launch from a flash stall or a brake stall?
I've never driven a big stall, big turbo vehicle before so it may flash a lot or just a bit better than N/A as it works off load/exhaust energy to get the turbo to spool then to increase that input torque for stall.
If you choose to do a brake stall, you'll prolly creep forward with all that power when you lay into it so you could rev the truck up in Neutral and keep pressing on the brake pedal...it should be able to push really far down now. That should help hold you at the line a bit more. Then just toss it back to D and hold the gas down to build load. I hope that makes sense.

what the heck are you talking about?
my stall is prety low, it was flashing to 2500NA, i will let you all know where it goes to under boost, thinking 3000+ though. i am able to get 1-2psi by brakestalling it in 2wd without moving, in 4wd i should be able to go higher. i think i will be able to launch under alot of boost and it will goto max boost very quickly, the whole waiting for it to spool is not an issue, it is near instant
i could break some parts in the next few days. i will most likly be working on my launch next, weather it be hooking because of a traction issue or trying to get enuff power down low with a small shot then looking for traction. i really think this turbo wont need any help to get me out of the hole though.
one thing i can say for sure is the turbo feels like it is pulling without abusing the motor as bad, it just pulls and pulls, no fuss at all. i have always heard how boost is softer on the motor and now i see what they were talking about, really seems smooth.

I think that with the big turbo and 4L80, you're going to see some 1/8 mile times that aren't really indicative of what that thing will do in the 1/4--probably 7.80-7.90 in the 1/8th, at about 90mph.
I'm guessing it'll put down about 425/475 on pump gas, 500/525 on 100 octane.

Let's say you are in 4hi and decide to brake stall to as much boost as you can get. Your truck will prolly start to creep forward if the brakes can't hold it. Reason I mention that I've seen a few Subaru's like mine w/ autos with big turbos and stalls and once they are brake stalled to about 4000rpm even with the brake to the floor the vehicle begins to creep forward...
Are you seeing like 1-3psi by ~2500rpm or so? I'd think there should be at least that much pos pressure by then
