Default 4/6 drop carrier bearing ?

what will happened if dont have one and drive it. its djm drop on 99 ext 2wd

Depending on the amount of drop, Im guessing it will either make for a ton of driveline vibration or lead to premature bearing failure. That would be my best guess, I may be wrong though.
