Should i sell my truck and buy a 99 gmc 3/4 ton extended cab 4x4 with a 6.0 4l80e with power lock power windows everything my truck doesn't have lol? I have a chance of buying a really cheap one.
Now is it hard to get this into a 13?

Definitely easy to get it into 13s but with your reg cab compared to the extended cab 4x4 weight, your current truck would be just about as easy. Traction would be better with the 4x4 of course but I wouldnt do it unless it was a real good deal.

Lol ahhh its a amazing deal! 3g's! He's leaving me this price because he is a family friend. 6.0 and a 4l80! lol and its already lifted
Is a 3/4 that much heavier than a 1/2 ton?
I'm hoping to get 4-5 for my truck, and save up to turbo the big beast.... Idk its a big decision but a major upgrade... Plus my chick likes it, and i can fit my family

If you got a family is one reason id upgrade. I had to pass up a reg cab and get a crew cab because i have a 3 yr old daughter and have to have room for her and other family members. 3gs is a hell of a deal if its in good condition. Whats mileage like? Truck been run hard? Just some questions you should get answered if you dont know. All i can really say man is if you want it go for it.

And yes a 3/4 ton is heavy. It will be a light duty 2500 as the rest were still GMT400 chassis trucks then. It probably weighs around 5500 lbs depending on options.
