2500 HD hood

Default 2500 HD hood

Hey guys, Just curious if a Chevrolet HD hood will fit on my 99 GMC Sierra NBS. Anyone kno??

Yes but you have to cut the hood to fit the lights. I believe Bgray is the first one to do it. He has some pictures of his truck up in the show&shine section now.

^ i dont know if he was the first, but he has it, and brent5631 is correct, you have to cut hood to fit the lights

Again the hood has to be cut for it to fit but once it is I think is the best mod that can be done on the GMC trucks.






I wanted to do this ever since I first saw it on bgray's truck, so after watching craigslist I found one for $100 and had a local body shop cut the hood and roll the lip so it looks factory. All in all after the body work and paint I had less than $600 into the hood.

I wasnt the first, but was done a long time ago. Your hood on the right isnt symmetrical to the other side eh
