Default 2006 5.3L Knocking noise HELP!

It just suddenly started happening. I've searched to find out what might be causing it, but most of the videos I seen don't sound like this. It does speed up when I accelerate.
I did a motor flush with liquid molly, but that didn't help.

Any help is appreciated.

Here is a link to the video I took.

Almost sounds similar to a torque converter bolt backed out- not saying it’s that at all, just sounds to slow of a knock

What’s your belt look like? Like it separated and is swinging around hitting things

I haven't checked the belt. But I think it might be something with the torque converter/flywheel, cuz when I would cold start it, it would make a weird vibrating sound, but it would go away after warming up. Going to check those two things.
