Angry Help lost power got knocking noise in oil pan????????

To make this a short story truck runs right no missing or backfiring, has a knocking noise coming from the bottom in oil pan, I can put my hand up against the oil pan and feel it knocking, now im thinking I lost a connecting rod bearing am I right? This is all in my daily driver 96 k1500 5.7 4wd, if anybody could help out before I get a trailer to take it to my dads to work on it cause I cant do it at my apartment people here whine to much.

Damn!!! sorry for your luck. 5.3 vs 6.0 swaps are only a few hundered dollars more. I would go with a 6.0 and forget about it.
