13s on the stock stall?

have you raised the stock tcc locking points? will it still pull up a hill in 4th with the converter locked at 1000 rpms?

has anybody gone 13's on a 5.3 EC with the stock stall??? I think goshawk went like a 14.1 or 14.2 on his??

I am not really sure what Allen did with the locking points. It will down shift up a steep hill, I don't think they have moved. Its not really that bad.
