1320Wheels 15" rear conversion brackets
Looking for people who have installed these brackets on their trucks to run 15 " wheels on the rear. I got the calipers they tell you to use mounted up on the correct sides yesterday and the bleeder nipples are facing downwards. It appears that this is how their picture on their website looks as well, but I thought the nipple needed to be on top? Has anyone else done this conversion?

i just installed these on my truck on saturday. i didnt think it mattered the orientation of the caliper and i installed them with the bleeder facing down. i tried twice to bleed the air out of the brakes and pedal was still soft. i swapped the calipers so the bleed valve was pointing up and using the same technique for bleeding it bled a ton of air out of the lines and brakes are back to normal now.

I installed a set of 1320 brackets. My brackets and rotors are facing forward. Pads and rotors are from powerstop and fit a 1993 K1500 Chevy pickup. The calipers did require some grinding to fit the wheels I used but it was minimal.

Just a tech tip/friendly reminder
The brake bleeders MUST always be bleed in the 12 o’clock position
If your mounting bracket “angles” the bleeder, bleed the brakes off the brackets in the aforementioned position and then install them on the brackets. This will ensure all air is removed from braking system
