I recently bought one of these for 700.00. The price is fair. Bump for ya.

good point, the converter should fit any LSx, it was in my 2004 Avalanche Z71

 

It might also work on lt1's as well. I found out mine was a dual bolt pattern. So I'm assuming the splined side is for a 4L60E right?

Yes, it will work perfectly, Yank offers lower and higher stalls, you will love this stall, I drove it in my stock truck the entire time...
