I have one that was cut into 3 pieces with a sawzall and then the cats cut off. They could probably be welded back together. If you want you can just have the metal to see if you can do anything with them.

I don't remember exactly how they were cut. I cut them for my convenience to remove them. You can have them and if they work they work and if they don't they don't...
